Refund & Returns Policy – PIF Parts

At PIF Parts, we want you to shop with confidence. Our goal is to make sure every customer is satisfied with their purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Below you’ll find our 30-day refund and return policy, including guidelines on how to start a return, eligibility requirements, and what you can expect throughout the process.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; all returns must be processed through PIF Parts.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for safety, health, or practical reasons. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact our customer service team before shipping it back.


Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, including when:

  • Books show obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records have been opened

  • An item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error

  • An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and applied to your original payment method.

  3. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as posting times can vary.

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [your email address] so we can assist.


Sale Items

Please note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same product, contact us at [your email address] and ship your item to:

Gifts

If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift (or shipped to the gift giver), the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.

  • For expensive or fragile items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. PIF Parts is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
