How do I find parts on your website?

There are multiple ways to search for parts on PIF Parts. The easiest way to find the part you need is to use the search bar located at the top of every page. You can search by the specific part number you need, or by Cross Reference or other keywords. This will quickly display all the results we have available. Another way to search for parts, is is to simply shop. On the homepage, near the bottom, there is a big red button that says “SHOP PARTS NOW”. This will take you to all the parts we have available and you can start scrolling throw the pages. There is also a list of “MANUFACTURERS” and “PARTS CATEGORIES” located on the left-hand side of the page that may narrow down your search.

How do I know if the truck part will fit my specific make and model?
 
We currently do not have a VIN Lookup tool on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and understand the part they are purchasing. We always recommend reaching out to the dealer to confirm the fitment of the part you are interested in before purchasing.
What is the warranty or return policy for the truck parts?
Unless specified all sales are final and all product is sold as-is, if you received the incorrect product, please get in touch with us immediately at of****@******ts.com or call us at (636) 875-0854.
Can I get assistance in choosing the right part for my truck?
 
We will gladly assist you to the best of our ability to get you the part we need. If we can’t help you, we will try our best to point you in the direction of someone who can.
What brands do you carry, and are they reputable in the industry?
 
We carry hundreds of OEM, OE, and aftermarket brands. We don’t like to lie to our customers, when the part says “Bendix”, it is actually Bendix. 
Are there any discounts or promotions available for bulk purchases or regular customers?
 
We have promotions running all the time. Sign up for our newsletter or refer to our home page for the promos we are running.
What if I can't find a part on your website?
 
If you can’t find a part on our website, we more than likely don’t have it in stock. However, we are adding new parts to our Inventory all the time so please keep checking.
Are the truck parts new, refurbished, or aftermarket?
 
All the parts we sell are new old stock. They are new and still in the original packaging. We do however offer some refurbished, remanufactured, or aftermarket but the listing will clearly state that it is one of those.
How much do I have to pay for shipping?
 
We do not believe in charging the customer for shipping. Free Shipping is what we offer on 95% of our items. Anytime we have to charge the customer for shipping is on super small cheap items like O-rings and gaskets which are not cost-effective to ship, or a large item that must go freight. 
How long will my item take to ship?
 
 
The free shipping we offer typically arrives in 2-4 business days. However, we do offer upgraded shipping for a premium price if you need to get your parts sooner.
What is the lead time on these parts?
 
There is ZERO LEAD TIME on all the parts we have in stock. We take pride in getting you the parts you ordered fast! If the item shows in stock, we truly have it in stock. As long as your order is placed before 1pm CST, you can be assured your part will be out the door the same day.
Can I track my order once it's been shipped?
 
After your order has been shipped you will receive an updated order email with your tracking number and information.
Are there any installation services available, or do I need to arrange the installation myself?
Unfortunately, We do not offer any installation services. You will need to arrange those yourself.
